Doing it a Bit Differently; A Socially Distanced Newborn Photo Session!

Well, things sure have changed in the past four months. Some things perhaps for the better; my husband is way more willing to go to IKEA now that only a handful of people are allowed in, he loves it! My lovely friend Pauline had her third baby, little Jessica, during lockdown, and it wasn't easy for her. Or any of the other mums who had to deliver under such impersonal and strange circumstances. But thank goodness, baby Jessica came into the world and immediately was safe, healthy, and she is so loved! I was delighted to be able to take some photos in their garden, a socially distanced session, on a balmy afternoon in July. Things are looking to ease regarding social distancing (currently it's a distance of 2m) but thankfully, my job already takes this into account as my go-to workhorse lens is a 70-200 - so I'm already pretty far away from you all :D

If you'd like to see more of my work, please check out my portfolio, I take bookings from all over Northern Ireland and in the Republic too!
